Bryant Engineering, Inc. (BEi) is a Civil Engineering and Land Surveying consulting firm with offices located in both Owensboro and Bowling Green. We are a progressive firm with an impressive track record in the Western Kentucky area providing services to Owensboro, Bowling Green, Paducah, Lousiville, Indiana and more. August 1, 2019 marked the beginning of our 28th year of continued growth and success. Bryant Engineering has successfully completed over 6,000 Civil and Surveying projects ranging in scope and complexity from routine boundary surveys to large scale multi-million dollar projects.

Project Overview
This project includes construction of a new 477 bed Regional Hospital and surrounding campus.

Project Scope
Preparation of Final Development Plan, floodplain permitting, construction permitting, US Army Corp permitting, site design, site grading, and all on-site infrastructure. Project included design of offsite roadway improvements for Daniels Lane and Pleasant Valley Road.

This project is a planned property development by Jagoe Homes to add more than 300 homes over 80 acres, expanding Owensboro's city limits. The subdivision will feature nature walking trails, single family homes and town home duplexes.
